Overview

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Back to Basics Candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days after your purchase date. 

Refund

You may return your unopened and unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at support@basicscorp.com for further details.

Damages

If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email support@basicscorp.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Back To Basics Candles within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Please note: Once product is removed from its original packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

Sale Items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items.
